We can incorporate logos or custom designs when designing your seat, using various methods.
One method is to embroider your design. This way you can have almost any design, in full colour, creating a truly bespoke seat.
All we need from the client is a good quality image of the required design so we can produce an embroidery file.
Embossing is another method we use. Technically, this is actually called Radio Frequency Welding, and is only suitable for use with vinyl seat covers.
Brass tools are C.N.C. precision engraved and used in our R.F. Welding machines and produce fantastic detailed ‘’embossings’’
Hot foil printing is usually used when we make replica seat covers as this was how the original seat logos would have been produced.
However, we can use this method to again produce bespoke designs.
